How we started.

In 1988 Mr E R Schütte purchased a property in the Randburg, Kya Sand area, which then was earmarked for light industrial development. This property was registered in the name of Concordia Properties (Pty) Ltd on the 23 June 1988 where Mr E R Schutte is the Managing Director. A family member Mr N J Halsey has joined the company as a Non- Executive Director as of June 2017.

This property is the base of Egoli Projects C.C. and E.R. Schütte Plant (Pty) Ltd. All operations are run from this facility.
